While we were gone Kayla fed and played with our cats as well as sent us several vidoes and pictures each day. Meowtel allowed our cats to stay at home and feel safe while we were gone. We plan to use Meowtel again and highly recommend using it."

"Brianna was really amazing- she responded quickly, was able to take the job on short notice, and most importantly: the cats LOVE her! I have a difficult kitty who trusted her almost right away. She is gentle and caring with the cats and really treats them like her own. Lots of play time and daily wet food - the cats probably felt like they were on vacation, too. She also treats the home like her own, she took great care and was happy to offer help while I was gone. I couldn’t be happier and I’ll be going right back to Brianna when I need to travel again. 11 out of 10."

"Natasha was a LIFE SAVER. After my original cat sitter plans unfortunately fell through, I was able to swiftly book Natasha from across the country (responds super fast, something I definitely needed given the circumstances), and feel at ease after communicating my cats’ needs with her right away. I felt like she treated my cats as if they were her own, such as paying attention to small details about their health and food/water station among many other things to ensure their comfort while I was away. The most important thing for me was she was very patient with my girl cat who takes time to warm up to others and doesn’t like being around new people. Natasha seemed very intuitive with them which left me worry free during my trip away. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Arian was good about sending photos and updates on a daily basis. Our cats are rather skittish with strangers but took to him seemingly well. The only issue we had was that we found the two litter boxes utterly filthy when we came home on the last day. I asked about how often he changed the litter boxes and he said every three days. I appreciated his honesty, and I conceded that may work for other cats, but that clearly was not enough in this case, and sticking to a strict changing routine, especially when we opted for 45 minute visits, seemed very odd. He messaged me after we talked and said he'll keep this in mind going forward."

My senior kitty has some issues that require medication (high blood pressure, appetite stimulant, constipation, subcutaneous fluids) which often meant I had to bring him with me or limit my travel, which made me anxious about the first trip that I couldn't take him with. Karissa was awesome at the meet-and-greet, she asked a lot of questions and took notes which helped to calm my nerves.
