My cat meeting style is patience when cats are shy and providing endless pets when they aren't. My house has a room just for our cats with trees, scratchers, multiple litterboxes... Hello!! I am a cat mom to four cats currently, although there are five in my house. When I was born, my oldest sister was a cat and I have never not been without cats. They are quite possibly the biggest source of joy in my life right now.
My cat meeting style is patience when cats are shy and providing endless pets when they aren't. My house has a room just for our cats with trees, scratchers, multiple litterboxes including two electric ones, and a waterproof rug for easy cleaning of cat "leavings." We pamper our cats with many treats, toys and cuddles.
Why you should consider hiring me is I love cats with all my heart, making me the kind of person that buys treats just to feed the cats at the hotel I worked at. When I was having a tough day, meeting a cat would immediately perk me up and when a long time resident said they lost their elderly cat, I cried. I am just very passionate about cats and I'm happy to take care of them for others. I'm already doing it, why not get paid to do it.

I have five cats in my house, four of which are mine. Theo is 6, Francesca is 3, and Dominic, Stella and Dante (my mom's) turned 2 recently.
What is your favorite cat toy?
I have a fishing rod toy that is particularly awesome. It works similar to a real rod so it's pretty much a you for me and my cats.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Give them time and patience, try giving them treats, play with a favorite toy if they have one and overall just let them be if they need it. Forcing cats to do something is never a good idea, so I would stand around the corner and watch them eat or drink if that's what it takes.

If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
