"Maryanne set up a meet and greet and we had first cat-sitting yesterday. She has been spending time trying to have my cats get comfortable with her, especially Jasper who needs timely medication. She did great with oral/pill medications (3!) and having so much experience as a vet tech is comforting in my situation. She was sure to be early and communicative. She has been patient with cats and also me - the nervous cat mom - and I am confident I can trust the cats to her care like this in the future too!"

Not only did she take amazing care of our cats, but she made sure they were happy and comfortable—spending time playing with them and giving them plenty of attention. It was clear from the updates and photos she sent that they absolutely loved her, which gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful time. On top of that, she even brought in our mail, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. Her communication was consistent and reassuring throughout, and we always felt like our cats were in the best hands. We can’t recommend Kimberly highly enough. She is simply the best, and we will absolutely be returning customers!"

"Joyce was great with my two carts. She was very thorough in our meet and greet and had great questions (clearly has experience and knows what to ask watching other’s cats!) My cats have tendency of throwing up what they eat, and I was hoping they would be good for the week Joyce stopped by. Unfortunately she got stuck cleaning up their throw up several times and always reported about it. She also brought in our packages and generally was great about watching our place.
