Erika was kind, personable, responsive, and incredibly attentive. While I was away, my cat had a medical decline, and Erica went above and beyond including staying later than scheduled during an emergency and providing genuine care, patience, and love. She sent thoughtful updates that truly mattered to me. She also cared for my outdoor cats without hesitation. Knowing all my pets were safe and supported made all the difference. He managed his medications to perfection and ensured his dietary needs were followed. Christian ensured both of my cats were given ample of cuddle and play time post meals too. She kept us updated with multiple photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and comfortable our cats were in her care. One of our cats requires insulin injections twice a day, and she handled this responsibility flawlessly. She made sure he stayed on schedule with every dose, carefully monitored him afterward, and always kept us informed about how he was doing. Knowing he was receiving such attentive care made all the difference. She also took the time to truly get to know each cat, respecting their individual personalities and boundaries. She patiently earned their trust, gave them space when they needed it, and spent quality time playing with them, giving treats, and following their feeding schedule.
