I cannot recommend Erica highly enough. Leaving my senior cat, who has different needs, always gives me extreme anxiety, but Erica immediately put me at ease. Erika was kind, personable, responsive, and incredibly attentive. While I was away, my cat had a medical decline, and Erica went above and beyond including staying later than scheduled during an emergency and providing genuine care, patience, and love. She sent thoughtful updates that truly mattered to me. She also cared for my outdoor cats without hesitation. Knowing all my pets were safe and supported made all the difference. Erica is truly the best of the best!

I'm honestly having a hard time articulating how much we appreciate Erika. My husband and I were among the thousands who were stranded in the Caribbean after January 3rd. Erika remained incredibly responsive and flexible and stepped in and continued taking care of our cat for 5 days more than originally scheduled. She was sympathetic and responsive and gave us consistent updates. She even watered our plants for us. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I’ve never left our cats with anyone other than friends before, so was super skeptical about bringing in a new person. But right away, Erika was keen to learn more about the ins and outs of my cats’ schedules and how to best care for them. I never felt okay leaving my cats with friends because they don’t understand cats and never pay attention to the little things. Since meeting Erica not only did I feel safe but I was extremely happy with how much my cats loved her and were so comfortable around her. I got lots of videos and photos of the kitties. Erika went above and beyond during our reservation with her! My cat got locked in a closet and she was kind enough to double-back and look for him and make sure he was ok even though her visitation was over. Erika is an excellent caretaker. I hope to work with her again and again. Erika gave an update with several photos each time she visited and a good explanation of what she experienced while she was at my apartment. My normally shy cat warmed up to her immediately and started to look forward to Erika's visits. Erika has is bright and used common sense when things popped up. This is especially important; I feel comfortable that if things should pop up, whe will be able to handle and make sure issues are resolved.

Erika was absolutely terrific with my furbabies, as well as the outdoor strays we care for. I have two fairly shy cats, and while it took a few visits, the shyest ended up warming up to her quite nicely and she really went above and beyond when it came to cleaning up after them and gaining their trust. It's hard leaving cats behind when you go on vacation, but it's so much easier when you find a caretaker you can trust. Erika definitely came through for us!!
