Jackeline was amazing with our four-week-old bottle baby kitten! I was nervous a typical cat sitter wouldn’t have experience caring for kittens so young, who have such specific needs and require so much attention, but Jackeline was very familiar with what caring for a bottle baby entails — it was clearly not her first rodeo. And she even helped me with scheduling, offering to do an “overnight” in the middle of the day, ensuring she could stay with our kitten for the full day my partner and I were away. She was really responsive whenever we checked in to see how it was going, and our kitten clearly loved her — she sent lots of pictures of them cuddling on the couch! I would absolutely book Jackeline again in a heartbeat!

Jackeline was absolutely amazing with my two cats and I would recommend her to anyone! This was my first time ever using a cat sitter and she put my mind at such ease while I was on vacation and got along with my cats immediately, even my shy guy who usually isn’t super receptive to new people! We found Jackie in a pinch when we had to go out of town and were worried about finding care for our cat that’s been a bit under the weather and needs meds. Jackie has been so pleasant from the moment we made the reservation, to our meet and greet and providing us with updates throughout her visits - she has been thorough, detail oriented, and her love for what she does shines through so brightly. Our kitty is definitely on the shy side and she has managed to get her to open up and be comfortable. I’m so relieved to have someone to call on now whenever we need care for our fur baby!

Jackeline is honestly the best cat sitter we've ever had in New York. She sends thorough updates, pictures, and any concerns through the app with every visit. She spends thoughtful time making sure she can confirm the cats are home even if they're hiding (great for my anxiety! lol), and even puts in extra effort to get our shy ones out to come say hi! Jackie goes above and beyond when it comes to babysitting my two boys. They're adult cats and don't need much from a sitter, but Jackie always stays longer than she has to because she simply loves playing with them (and they love it too!) You'll also get some of the best photos and commentary on your cats from her, which very much puts you at ease while you're away from home.

Jackie was such a godsend! I am a bit of a helicopter mom, so it was lovely to meet someone so trustworthy and communicative. Our kitties were well taken care of while we were away, and I got extensive updates via text from Jackie which was so awesome!

Jackeline was wonderful with my cat Ollie. Everything went perfectly and Ollie was so calm and didn’t seem stressed about being left alone. Jackeline came for 20 minute visits each day for 3 days I was traveling. She fed him , freshened his water, cleaned his litter box and gave him his favorite Churu treats. She sent lots of pics of him playing and he seemed to like her very much. I highly recommend Jackeline and can honestly say it made my trip so much nicer knowing my kitty was being taken care of so well.
