Tracy was so sweet and thoughtful with our two cats. One is a bit of a handful behavior-wise, and Tracy instinctively knew to give her space and let her be. She kept them entertained and played with them when they were receptive, and sent great photos and videos for us to see. She really knows how to be with our cats and how to meet them where they are. She’s also a great communicator and stayed in touch with us regularly. I can’t recommend her enough, and I will definitely request her again for future trips!

This was my 3rd or 4th time using Tracy, and I was once again, very pleased! She had the unfortunate experience of dealing with 2 issues (neither of which were her fault!): my cat knocking over a plant (Tracy cleaned up both times) and encountering a jammed lock box where I keep my keys. She very kindly communicated directly with my super to arrange a time to return to be let in, and he was able to unjam the box for her. Will be hiring her again in the future!

Tracy is an absolutely fantastic cat sitter! I really felt like my senior cat Marshmallow was extremely well-cared for every step of the way. Tracy would send detailed updates and pictures every day. Since he has some health issues, it put me at ease and I knew he was in great hands. She even noticed that ants were coming for his cat food and she brought ant traps -- talk about above and beyond!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter for my two babies. Tracy did an amazing job. I was away for 9 days which was the longest I’d ever been away from my kitties. Tracy provided me with ample updates about when she was heading over and sent pictures/videos/updates after each visit. She played with my cats each visit which I really appreciated. Tracy did an amazing job taking care of my two boys. They broke the mirror the right before I left for the trip. She did the great job cleaning up and none of my boys got hurt. She also takes amazing videos of them playing. Definitely recommend!!!

When my trip was extended due to a canceled flight Tracy was quick to offer returning to help out, so I jumped on rebooking her for a few more visits.
