Karen is one of the kindest human beings I've known in my life. Her passion and care for any cat or kitten is beyond I've seen from anyone. I have never chased a strayed kitten in the summer of new year streets. There were a lot of bystanders who were also there with me when the strayed kitten ran by, Karen were the only person who were persistent to make sure the kitten were brought to a shelter for proper care and medical attention. The only thing you need to worry about if Karen becomes your sitter is that your cat might adopt her as their new parent.

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
