Hi! My name is Eugenia. I am originally from Argentina, and have lived in NYC for most of my adult life. I currently live in Maspeth, NY and really love my neighborhood! I just love Queens, period...lol. At this time, I am doing my passion job with part time cat-sitting! I just love to help other cat parents with my nurturing nature and thankful to be around cats healing energy. I am also a creative person and like to work on photography projects here and there. Eugenia was absolutely fantastic caring for our two cats for 10+ days while we were away. She stayed at our apartment and left it sparkling clean. She was extremely communicative and sent us tons of photos and videos of the cats twice a day to check in. She was also so kind when having to deal with a noisy CO2 alarm that was going off because of a low battery. I talked her through how to unplug it and she coordinated with the maintenance man. The cats clearly got tons of playtime and snuggles with her. We’ve already booked her again for our next trip! 10/10 recommend.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
