Erica was wonderful with both of my kitties. They were bottle babies in the heat of the pandemic so they are not used to and can be wary of new people but Erica had them playing despite themselves by day two. Erica also takes some fabulous photos. It was always such a joy and relief to see that they were up to and their not so little personalities on display. Erica makes the prospect of getting away for a few days feel far less stressful for all of us. Thank you!

Erica has taken care of our cat multiple times and he loves her! Erica is super reliable and caring. She takes care of everything, even when our old guy has a bathroom accident. She is wonderful!!

Erica is the best! I am also a Meowtel cat sitter and was impressed that she was as detailed as I am with the meet and greet. Her updates were so cute and fun and her pictures were great. She completely understood my cats personalities, I could tell they weren’t generic updates. She also took great pictures. Erica's amazing! First, she's so kind and clearly loves cats. And she's also so professional - she was meticulous at taking care of every aspect of feeding, grooming, playing and litter box care. She sent us detailed notes and pictures after each visit so we knew Gandalf was getting the best of care.

Erica was great! My cat has special needs and takes multiple meds on a daily basis and Erica was able to navigate that like a pro. I was worried that she would be put off by my cat’s frequent diarrhea (IBD) and the low possibility of her having a vomiting episode, but it wasn’t a problem at all. She sent me a lot of pictures every visit, played with my cat, did everything according to my instructions, and even cleaned the litter box before I got home. Will definitely be hiring her again the next time I go out of town.

We could not have been more confident and comfortable with Erica taking care of our two girls while we were away. She really took the time to get to know them and their very different personalities, and made the effort to give them each what they needed. She was very patient and adaptive with our more "difficult" cat personality, giving her space and time to adjust to a new person in the home, and she was attentive and affectionate with our more playful kitty who loves attention and pets. She was able to give oral meds as needed, and she went above and beyond in keeping our home tidy and clean, sending us pictures to show how she had left things. She asked questions and offered ideas and suggestions of her own when it came to the girls, and we couldn't be happier with all the photos and videos she sent daily. As much as we loved being on vacation, we were just as excited to get our daily report from Erica. It was hard being away from the girls, but we would absolutely book Erica again in a heartbeat because of how well she took care of them and how thoughtful, considerate, and compassionate she was. We recommend her with all our hearts!

Can I give Erica 6 out of 5 stars? She was terrific! First, she took the job on short notice when a neighbor’s plans changed. Then she took careful notes of everything she needed to know to take care of our cat. She asked about details that I hadn’t even thought of. She sent us great pictures and notes every day. She played with and brushed Gandalf. Everything was spotless when we returned. Erica even left us a lovely “welcome home” note. We were so lucky to find Erica and you will be too. 100% will ask for her again the next time we need a sitter.

My second booking with Erica and she was as fantastic as the last time! The girls really seemed to remember her and to respond to her even more quickly this time, and she could engage them in playtime and keep them busy for a while which they really needed while we were away! Her photos and updates were awesome as usual. She was also able to offer us an extra date we had wanted, that she had originally been unavailable for. It was so thoughtful of her to get in touch and let us know that we could book that date with her after all. She was very considerate and even offered to help out further if we had any problems or issues returning home on time. She picked up our packages and checked our mail too. It made a stressful weekend that much easier to know our girls were in the best hands. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Erica cared for my two senior cats while I was away for a couple of days and she did a wonderful job! She was very attentive to their feeding/medication needs and sent lovely little updates with lots of photos after each visit. No complaints whatsoever and I will absolutely book her again for future trips!

Erica was such a great caretaker for our cats and we took comfort in the fact that she loved and cared for our kitties while we were gone! She made them feel comfortable, and gave them lots of attention and playtime! She even got our shy kitty who usually hides from new people and got her to play/explore while Erica was here. This is my 2nd time reserving Erica and have to say it’s such a relief knowing our kitties are in great hands! Usually I’m nervous leaving my kitties for long periods of time but Erica was fantastic with our cats and I felt so at ease. She was there for meal times, kept such a tidy apartment, and spent time playing with each of our kitties. I’m also sooo amazed at how she’s charmed our shy kitty, who always hides when we have someone new over. All of our kitties were so happy and comfortable while we were gone! Will definitely be booking her again. 😊
