It was clear from the meet/greet that she takes her cat sitting responsibilities seriously and that she was quite experienced with cats with medical needs based on her questions. She is very communicative, able to manage multiple cat medications and thoughtful. We received daily videos, photos and updates about how our cat was doing, including any signs of his IBS, what he was eating/drinking, and litter box use. She made sure to empty the litter genie and left our kitchen in tip top shape after staying over for 6 nights. I would recommend her highly."

"I recently hurt my shoulder & was unable to take care of my two sweethearts. Hubby was leaving for 4 days for a trip out of state, and I needed someone I could trust who'd care for my fur babies. I quickly found Meowtel, liked everything about the site: user friendliness, amount of info, and great reviews from clients who booked the service previously. I selected Patricia - she was close by, had awesome reviews/credentials, & the ability to work with anyone's schedule. The cost was affordable & was set up to serve 20 - 60 minute visists or, even overnight sessions. The meet & greet, to see if there was a great fit between Patricia & my cats, went very well. She bonded with my two cats, even my shy one who never bonded with a stranger before. I was further impressed when she was able to put together the grinder my husband used to grind the prescription food for my little girl. Paty showed me how to put it together! During our conversations, Patty told me a little bit about the cats she tends to. It's obvious to me how much she loves cats & bonds with them. I never would have believed that I'd feel comfortable leaving my darlings with someone & go on vacation. i would never board them outside of the home. When one of my boys came home from the hospital just three days before a crucial work trip requiring complex medical treatments 3x a day, I was an absolute nervous wreck. My original sitter understandably had to back out due to the medical requirements, and my cats mean the absolute WORLD to me. Erika was unphased by the requirements of my senior kitty: twice daily pills, twice daily ear drops/ointment, and daily ear cleaning. She reported several times through the day on exactly what time these things were done, and how they went. Additionally, my cat is prone to going on hunger strikes when I leave; Erika promptly communicated how much the kitty ate and how long it took for her to eat (or not) her food so we could make decisions together about whether/when to stimulate her appetite. For one more challenge, my cat was having some litter box issues; thanks to Erika’s diligent reports, we tested a different litter and box placement and found a combination that got kitty back on track. Erika sent great photos and updates. She was a perfect house guest as well— my place looks as good or better than when I left, even after a couple weeks. I’ve already rebooked Erika for my next trip. And my cat will be thrilled— it’s clear she got a little attached and enjoyed “helping” with her knitting."
