Karina made a stellar first impression that she managed to exceed as her care for our kitties went on. We have a shy guy who felt comfortable enough to be near her right off the bat, and her updates made us feel like our cats were in great hands, so we could relax while on our trip. Karina is an amazing cat-sitter! She followed all our instructions perfectly and left everything sparkling clean too, even taking out the trash for us. I always get anxious leaving our two cats, but Karina sends tons of photos and videos and seeing how happy they were with her made me feel at ease. One of our cats is very skittish and nervous around strangers, but she always came out by the end of Karina's visits. She also brought in our mail for us which was much appreciated! I would definitely hire her again :)

Absolutely above and beyond! Not only did Karina take wonderful care of Spike and sent great videos; but she also carried up packages, checked on our living room to make sure Spike hadn’t destroyed the rug, couch, and Christmas tree, and also ran to the bodega when Spike ran out of food ❤️❤️❤️
