Hello! I’m a 33-year-old visual designer, ex-New Yorker, and lifelong cat lover. I've been a digital nomad for the past 5 years and during that time I’ve had the pleasure of working with many pet parents across North America. These assignments ranged from long-term overnight care, shorter-term gigs, teams of cats, and included medicine administration. In terms of personality, I'm easygoing, responsible, and grounded. I respect cats' autonomy, staying open to their approach to friendship. My work allows me to set my own hours, so I can be flexible with availability. Booking was simple and Diana responded quickly. One of the days I requested didn't work for her so she communicated rather then not taking my request. Diana stopped by to see my babies before I left and took notes as I explained what needed to be done. One of my cats is blind and he doesn't go up to anyone but went straight to her. I felt comfortable leaving knowing she will visit. She sent pictures and heads up while we were away. Even restarted my camera upon my request when it stopped working.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
