overall extremely disappointed with her lack of responsibility and sense of care giving. Laura came consistently late - noon or after even though I booked mornings. one day she almost didn’t show up(later in the afternoon) and the excuse given was that she had to go to lunch with a friend which turns out is more important than a job one signs up for. on the same day she left after 10mins even though I booked her for 45mins everyday. if a sitter stays over time on a day, that does not cut into other day’s times unless client agrees. staying over an hour one days and 10mins the next isn’t what’s expected. my cats have separation anxiety and getting regular attention is important for them. the least she could have done is asked me about it, instead of me having to get that information out of her. her updates were bare minimum- what I’d expect from a 20min visit not 45mins. I doubt if she even stayed the duration for other days. I specified I’m looking for someone who actively interacts with my cats for the duration of the visits and is able to build a relationship with them. after the incident of being super late, I went back to check pet cam to see her doomscrolling the previous day. would not recommend

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
