Robyn was the purrfect cat sitter for our two shy kitties! She gave us updates every day, kept their water and food fresh, and even managed to stealthily and gently check on them where they like to chill under the bed. I was able to relax on vacation knowing they were in such good hands!

Robyn was lovely and kind. She set up a FaceTime meeting during a time that worked for both of us prior to accepting to make sure it was a good fit (which I definitely appreciate!) Max and Ari were so happy to have her there and my building is challenging to enter at times but Robyn took care to make sure she could get in and everything was seamless. Highly recommend booking Robyn for your kitty needs!!!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
