Hello and I graciously welcome You and your Special fur babies to Meowtel. I am a professional Purrfect Mom Cat Sitter. I service many areas in Houston/Harris County, however, I reside in 77070. The new platform with Meowtel allows us to pick 2 (two) zip codes as our primary locations. My Purrect Fur Baby Sitter zip codes are 77070 & 77069. I am available for additional zip codes in Houston/Harris County and surrounding areas. I recently received the latest covid vaccination on September 21, 2023. If you reside outside of 77070 & 77069, I am available for additional zip codes in Houston/ Harris County, however, the rates are slightly different due to the additional distance. Hello, my name is Denise and I have loved and lived with cats since I was a child. I will treat your fur babies and your home the same as my own, as if they were my babies. My cats are family members and are spoiled. I will Pamper your fur babies with EXTRA love and care. I bring extra toys to each visit because I absolutely enjoy playing with all my furry babies! I am available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, I am extremely flexible and 100% reliable. I am always just a call away. I send approximately 25 to 40 photos from each visit. I love animals, especially cats I have had cats all of my life. I currently have 2 cats, DD (Delilah) & Silverbelles and a grandmother to my son's cat, Pixie. My cats think we are all cats or they think we are all humans. I have also been a foster mom to cats/kittens all of my life. Please contact me if you are more than 15 miles away, I will consider any reservation. I offer a free 20-30 minute Meet & Greet (either in-person or via Zoom, as you prefer) to learn as much as possible about your fur babies and how to best take care of them while you are away. Many times my Meet & Greet can last over an hour. I take the time to stay and talk long enough for you to get to know me and ask any and all questions. My clients feel absolutely confident in leaving their fur babies and key with me without any reservations. I am very observant and I follow all instructions from my clients. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
