I left my 3 cats in Kate’s care for 5 days and I could have not been happier. she sent pictures and text updates for every visit and was super sweet to my kitties. they looked great when I got back, shiny fur and all! thanks Kate! will definitely book your services again!

Kate was awesome! This was my first time hiring a sitter in a new city, with a trip out of the country, no less. She made me feel completely comfortable leaving my babies for the week. She sent lots of pictures and updates and my boys obviously loved her. I'd definitely hire her again!

although Kate is super sweet, the level of care provided was concerning and not up to Meowtel standards, and the communication was non existent. despite letting Kate know that one of my cats had been rushed to the vet the week before, when he started seeming under the weather, there was little to no information, other than he was looking under the weather. there were visits I received no communication other than a single picture at the beginning and an “I’m heading out” at the end. when I arrived home, it was to find my other cat covered in large hot spots - large and angry enough that they had definitely not started since the last visit, and I had no warning. I am also housing foster kittens and had let Kate know that they were going through water quickly so I was putting a fountain in the separate area they were kept completely separate from my other cats. after she left for her last visit, after I had to follow up on the health of the sick cat, since no update had been provided, I was informed the fountain ran out of battery, but had taken the lid off so it was open. at several inches deep, this is a drowning hazard, and could have been remedied with a message and I could have let her know where the charger was. the big cats water was obviously not changed, and when asked about it by Meowtel, said it must have been the kittens, despite the kittens being in a separate room. I had asked if Kate was comfortable with the care required in the length of visit and was assured there were no issues. that was clearly not the case.

Kate is the best person I know to trust with taking care of your cat. I know when she takes care of our babies they are in the best capable hands. I highly recommend her.
