This was my first time to use Meowtel and Cindy was the purrfect choice! Setting up everything was very easy and Meowtel was quick to assist when I needed to update the times/day. My 18-yr old cat LOVED Cindy! Usually, he gets very stressed when we're out of town. This was also his first time alone (he lost his brother 6 mos earlier), so I was a little concerned he wouldn't eat as much. To my great surprise, he ate and spent a lot of time on Cindy's lap! She sent us updates and images every visit and I was so happy and relieved that he did so well. Cindy also got our mail a couple of times which was very nice. It was an overall GREAT experience and I will happily use Meowtel and Cindy on our next trip! Thank you so much!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
