Cindy loves cats and it shows in her care. She goes above and beyond basic feeding and watering. She made sure eating area remained clean, refreshed litter when needed while scooping daily. She is dependable in sending pics and providing daily status.

One especially has a lot of particular needs (several medications, GI issues), and Cindy was great at taking care of all the details and making sure she got all her medicine without stressing her out. Cindy was so good with my 2 Siberian cats! They loved her...even my more aloof queen warmed up to her in no time! She was prompt and even agreed to early morning visits, played with the gals, fed them, sent pics with a quick report of the visit, cleaned up and scooped every day, and my place looked even better than when I left it! She even (per my request) gave some treats to a friendly stray who hangs around my apartment. :) Cindy really knows cats and is a joy to talk to! This was my first time to use Meowtel and Cindy was the purrfect choice! Setting up everything was very easy and Meowtel was quick to assist when I needed to update the times/day. My 18-yr old cat LOVED Cindy! Usually, he gets very stressed when we're out of town. This was also his first time alone (he lost his brother 6 mos earlier), so I was a little concerned he wouldn't eat as much. To my great surprise, he ate and spent a lot of time on Cindy's lap! She sent us updates and images every visit and I was so happy and relieved that he did so well. Cindy also got our mail a couple of times which was very nice. It was an overall GREAT experience and I will happily use Meowtel and Cindy on our next trip! Thank you so much!

Cindy was great! She took the trash from cleaning my cats’ litter boxes out on her last visit, mixed my cats’ supplements in their wet food, and cleaned their dirty dishes each visit, and all with a broken wrist! I appreciated her updates and pictures. My cats were in great hands!

Cindy was wonderful and took great care of my cat. She can by for an initial quick meeting before I went out of town and we got her set up with my garage app to allow her entry while I was gone. Cindy was simply wonderful! She was great at taking care of my cat and went beyond what I requested! There were some optional things that I mentioned and she did them all! She also unpacked a giant box with frozen food that wasn’t supposed to arrive and placed them all in my freezer! All I can say is WOW, I am sooo glad I found Cindy! I got lots of photos and she was very communicative the whole time. Excellent all around and I couldn’t ask for anyone better! Would really hope she is available again when I need to go out of town next time :)

Cindy is amazing. Her first trip she was able to connect with my stray cat who hadn't been around people and that was awesome.
