our experience with Joy was above and beyond. amazing! she would send videos and snapshots of our cats and even was able to coax our two "hiders" out to interact with her which is something even family cannot accomplish! I highly recommend Joy and will be using her again for future vacations.

Thankful that we found Joy on Meowtel last year. She is amazing with Bailey our 22 senior cat, gives meds, special food, cleans litter boxes, and documents it all amazingly. Bailey is always well looked after!

Joy was the best cat sitter I’ve ever had. I always get anxious leaving the boys, especially because one of mine is a bit older and had special diet and medication needs. Joy was always punctual, followed every instruction perfectly, and would provide updates every visit. The boys were immediately comfortable with her and I could tell they felt safe in her company. I can strongly recommend Joy. she did an excellent job looking after our 2 cats for 2 weeks, including a day extension when one of our flights was cancelled. her communication is excellent and very thorough, including many photos and videos, which we all enjoyed. And the house was in a very good state of cleanliness when we got back - she did a lot more than just look after the cats - which make us even happier to return to it. it is very clear that Joy loves cats, and they in turn love her care and attention.

I fell ill just before our appointment and then we had a terrible storm in Houston. I must have seemed like the biggest flake, but Joy was calm and professional and in the end it all work perfectly and Squeaky the cat had the best cat sitter ever.
