Joy exceeded every single expectation and previous experience we've had with cat sitters in the past! When she first came over for the meet and greet, she took it at our most shy kitty's pace and let all of them get comfy with her. During that time, our shyest boy even came out of his safe spot to eat, which is pretty unheard of - so I knew we were leaving our boys in great hands! Over the days we were gone, the updates we got from Joy were so great! She kept us updated on how the boys were eating and interacting with her, and BOTH of our shyest boys had gotten comfortable enough to let her see AND pet them! That is absolutely a first in our house, and honestly, I think when possible we'll plan trips for when Joy is available to watch the boys because knowing that they are comfortable makes enjoying a trip SO much easier!

I express how wonderful Joy is. Not only does my Kitty Banks love her, but she is so thoughtful and always thinking about what is best for him. When news came of the impending ice storm while I was out, she reached out and provided some great recommendations on what to do before I left in the event she was not able to make it due to road conditions. This thoughtful message put me even more at ease about being gone during this time. she was then able to make it to my home before the bad weather hit and kept me appraised daily of the conditions and Banks. She truly went above and beyond, and Banks and I are so grateful for her.

Thankful that we found Joy on Meowtel last year. She is amazing with Bailey our 22 senior cat, gives meds, special food, cleans litter boxes, and documents it all amazingly. Bailey is always well looked after!

I can strongly recommend Joy. she did an excellent job looking after our 2 cats for 2 weeks, including a day extension when one of our flights was cancelled. her communication is excellent and very thorough, including many photos and videos, which we all enjoyed. And the house was in a very good state of cleanliness when we got back - she did a lot more than just look after the cats - which make us even happier to return to it. it is very clear that Joy loves cats, and they in turn love her care and attention.

I fell ill just before our appointment and then we had a terrible storm in Houston. I must have seemed like the biggest flake, but Joy was calm and professional and in the end it all work perfectly and Squeaky the cat had the best cat sitter ever.

I was VERY apprehensive about leaving my very elderly cats alone for almost 3 weeks but Joy was perfect in every way. The cats were WELL taken care of, with attention and affection given with each visit. She left my with a clean box, lots of water and food and most importantly, happy cats to come home to.
