Kymberly was great. She looked after my babies while I was overseas for a week. She followed my detailed instructions and didn’t need to request extra assistance with building access at any point. She sent pics and vids each visit. There was an issue with a litter box that she was able to resolve with me over a video call on WhatsApp. Overall great experience. She administerde the medications as requested and even fed the outdoor cat that visits our home daily which we mentiined it was optional since he has a home. We are very happy with her service.
