Susan was amazing, as always! She always goes above and beyond for my boys, along with the outside animals I feed. My playful boy loves her bag of tricks she brings, and my shy boy knows she will respect his space while still making sure he’s safe and happy. Susan even helped ensure the feral cats I feed had a nice warm spot to bunker during this last cold snap. I absolutely love Susan, and can’t recommend her highly enough!

Susan provided excellent service for my cat, Tiger. She didn't just take care of the minimum needs, she went out of her way to give Tiger a fun time. She brought toys and used a laser to give the cat some good exercise chasing it around. She sent photos and videos every visit, which helped minimize my worries about how the cat was doing. My trip was during the holidays, and having Susan available made a huge difference for me. When I met Susan I immediately felt like my cat would be taken care of adequately, but I couldn't have expected such wonderful care. Can't recommend Susan highly enough, she's an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale. Would give her 8 stars if the system would allow it.

Susan went above and beyond when watching my boys. She sent multiple pictures and videos every day, played with my hyper cat, and respected my scared cats personal space. She even took it upon herself to refill my bird feeders outside, and the stray cat bowls I set out. Susan is absolutely amazing and I’ll 100% be booking with her again.

We had an emergency come up in the morning and were able to book Susan last minute the same day. She was super flexible and really helped us out when we needed it most. She showed up quickly, was very professional, and our cats loved her! She followed our instructions, played with them, and kept us updated with photos and messages.
