Hi cat parents! I'm Quindi, your typical crazy lady though I love all animals and want to show extra love to yours as well! I'm fairly new to Meowtel, so although I don't have many reviews I do have a lot of experience with cats outside of Meowtel. Please feel free to reach out to see if you're comfortable before moving forward with me. Happy to answer any questions you may have! As for my experience, I have had cats since I was 6 years old. Im currently a cat mom of 4, along with a dog, all previously strays on the street, ages varying from 1-14 years old. Feel free to see them in my gallery! I have fostered and helped many friends raise their kittens, home strays, bathe and clean flea-infested cats and tend to injured cats. I have prior cat-sitting experience outside of Meowtel as well! We hired Quindi to watch our two kitties for a week while we were away. First time with a new cat sitter since moving to Houston and she did a phenomenal job. Showed up on time every day and played with them, cleaned litter, topped off food and water, and even fed the outdoor stray cats we’ve been caring for. I don’t know how, but she managed to befriend our ultra shy cat, who ALWAYS hides from cat sitters, and he was following her around everywhere. She went above and beyond to make sure that our older cat got her medication daily. Throughout the whole process, communication was excellent. Quindi gave us thorough updates and sent both pics and videos. In short, if you hire her you will never worry about your kitties while you’re away.

The reservation process was very easy and Quindi was very responsive from the get go. She took the time to do a leisurely meet and greet with our cat, Shakti and paid a lot of attention to details as our cat has special dietary requirements. Quindi went above and beyond to do everything as requested and kept us updated during each of her session. She shared lots of pics, videos and it made us feel so relieved and comfortable to know that our cat was in great hands. She also played well with our cat and kept her engaged. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
