Yes I do have kitties myself. Their names are Shikamaru and Ace! BOTH are names from anime shows I love :)

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I like to start by getting to know both the cat and their furbaby parents. I’ll usually set up a meet-and-greet where we can go over the cat’s routine, personality, likes, dislikes, and any special needs whether it’s by phone, text, or in person. This helps me understand how to best care for them and gives the cat a chance to get used to me. I ask questions about their feeding, litter habits, favorite toys, and how they like to be approached. I also make sure to discuss emergency contacts, vet info, and any house preferences. Clear communication is really important to me, so I always provide updates, photos, and anything else that helps the parent feel at ease while they’re away. My goal is to make the transition smooth and stress-free for everyone involved especially the furbaby!

Yes, I’m usually available during the holidays and happy to help while you’re away. I understand how important consistent care is as a furbaby parent myself especially during busy travel seasons, so I try to keep my schedule flexible to accommodate families who need support.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
