Indigo was AMAZING! I went out of town for about 3 days and this was my first time using a cat sitter. I only got my kitty about two months ago so I was kinda stressing about how she would behave the first time I left her. Our meet and greet went great, Indigo was incredibly easy to talk to and overall just a cool person! They sent me awesome pics and updates each night I was away. I was expecting my kitty to be hiding but she came out every time and snuggled! I definitly plan on making a reservation with Indigo again next time I’m gone! 😸😸

Indigo was great! We have an older small cat and a younger big cat and Indigo was able to make sure the older cat got to eat in piece while keeping the younger cat entertained.

They are the best! I was extremely anxious leaving my cat(Dizzy) for the holiday weekend as I'm new to the area with no family around or friends available to check in on him. Upon meeting, Dizzy immediately ran up to Indigo, so I knew they would be a great fit. They sent precious pics, videos and updates throughout their visit which I loved. I also expressed anxiety about doors being closed and locked upon leaving and Indigo went the extra mile to send me videos of them confirming the door was locked and closed. I appreciated it so much. I couldn’t be happier with the care Indigo provided Sampson, who is a very shy senior (18 years old), with some health issues. I have always worried about him when I travel, but no more! Within a few days, Sampson was coming out to meet Indigo when they arrived (even knowing that they were going to give him medication!) This is remarkable, given Sampson is so shy, and doesn’t usually socialize with anyone but me. I appreciated the daily updates and photos, so much! Knowing Sampson was well cared for, made my time away so much more relaxing!

Indigo was an amazing cat sitter. At the meet and greet she was very thorough and even took notes. My cat ,Millie, really doesn’t like anyone, but Indigo was persistent on finding wherever she was hiding out and just respected her space. The pictures she sent me were awesome. And it snowed the whole entire week I was gone but Indigo showed up no matter what the weather was doing. Indigo was very prompt with answering my texts as well. I highly recommended Indigo and I will definitely be using her services again.

Indigo was absolutely wonderful with my little girl Flume! Flume is a bit prickly around new people but warmed up quickly to Indigo's excellent standards of care. They followed my feeding and care instructions to a T along with watering my plants and checking my mail. I cannot recommend them enough for going above and beyond, and I'll definitely be using their services in the future!

This was our first time leaving our kitties for an extended period and we were very nervous. It was also our first time trying Meowtel and we weren’t sure what to expect. Indigo was extremely helpful in explaining everything and their friendly and relaxed nature set our minds at ease. Indigo was wonderful while we were away. One of our kitties is rather high maintenance and gets anxiety while we are away (and likes to pee on our stuff) and Indigo cleaned up and made sure we didn’t come home to a mess. Indigo also kept us very in the loop on what was going on. Would highly recommend!
