Yes! Kahlúa (goes by Lu) is a 1.5 year old tabby adopted from Mount Purrnon Cat Cafe in Old Town ALX. She’s my girl!

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Being Lu’s Mom gives me the perspective of what I need to convey to my own sitters while I’m away- Her hiding spots, quirky behaviors, major dislikes, and coping behaviors. I will take the same detailed interest in your cat, and home, to ensure the best environment possible in your absence.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes! I’m a single young woman (no kids/partner) and my family is close by, so I don’t typically have travel demands around the holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
