When y... I have been pet sitting for over 15 years — dogs, cats, fish, lizards, you name it! Somewhere along the way, I decided that I wanted to only spend my free time with felines. I was a standout sitter on rover (88 5⭐️ reviews) and was being sought out specifically for my reviews and experience with cats.
When you book with me, I will always offer to come meet you and your cat(s) ahead of time. From there, I can do whatever you need. Play, give space, pet, feed treats, administer medicine, etc. I will send pictures and videos at every visit and ensure you are staying updated on your family member while you are away!

I have been cat sitting professionally on rover for over 15 years! I have also been cat sitting for friends and family for as long as I can remember and have a cat of my own!
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love how every cat in unique in their own way. I give all of them space to show me how much interaction and affection they want. Just like people, they are all so different!

I have a black cat named Marceline after Marceline from Adventure Time! She is my everything and couldn’t imagine life without her.

Hallie has been sitting for my two cats for years now, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with them. She took the time early on to really learn each of their personalities and interacts with them in the way they each need. That patience with building trust really pays off; my cats are so comfortable with her. When I'm traveling, I genuinely don't worry. I know they're getting real attention and a visit from their friend, not a rushed food-and-go visit. Hallie always sends photos and videos so I can see exactly how they're doing, along with what they're up to and how they're doing, which honestly makes being away so much easier. If you want someone who's going to treat your pets like they matter (because they do!), Hallie is your person. Can't recommend her enough.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Arlington cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $31.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
