This was our first time using Joanne for our two kittens. She came for a 30 minute pre-visit for meet the kittens. She got right down on the floor to play with them. They took to her instantly! She made notes as to their different foods each one needed, how much and when they were used to being fed. Each day, she was promptly one time, cleaned out their dishes with each feeding, cleaned the littler box, gave them fresh water in all 3 locations of the house, and spent playtime with them sending cute pictures and videos at each visit. She went above and beyond, making sure the wet cat food cans were taken out of the house and the dirty litter was taken with her so the house did not smell when we returned. Additionally, she brought in our trash and recycling bins. She was exceptional from start to finish. We will only use her going forward for our two guys!

Joanne was wonderful. She went beyond feeling the cats and cleaning the litterbox. She sent us pictures and videos daily. We have one cat that is a senior. Joanne made sure she had extra, extra water as the vet says she has kidney issues. Joanne obtained extra Churros when the cats ran out. She made sure they had fresh air and bought our packages in the house. We are so thrilled with Joanne, that we will book with her again.

I recently hired Joanne to watch my cat, Leo, while I was away on vacation. Joanne and I met prior to my trip and it was obvious to me that she is a real cat lover!!! She meet Leo, asked in depth questions about his habits, favorite toys, etc., which was very comforting to me as I have never used a car sitter before. Each day while I was away, Joanne checked in twice daily to let me know when she was with Leo and sent before and after pictures of food and water bowls and litter box as well as video clips of Leo during each visit which was also very reassuring since Leo doesn't really take to strangers. I will be requesting Joanne for any future cat sitting needs I might have and highly recommend her to anyone needing a caring, diligent and trusted cat sitter.

We were super blessed to have Joanne care for our 4 boys while we were away for almost 2 weeks. She sent many pictures and updates and we came home to our 4 happy cats with no issues. They were spoiled and I’m pretty sure they already miss her love and treats. Thanks again to Joanne she is an angel. Hope to book again in the future!

Joanne is amazing! I’m a pet parent to an extremely anxious kitty that requires a security jumper as well as oral and topical medications. This was my first time leaving her and Joanne had Kitsy comfortable and loved while we were gone for a week. Her kind and extensive messages, pictures, and video diaries were wonderful and soothing to me and enjoyable and funny too. It’s unimaginable for me to have anyone else take care of my kitty. Coming home to a happy and healthy kitty ensures that Joanne is most definitely our permanent cat sitter. She has a wonderful spirit and radiates the love, warmth and energy required to care for even the most problematic feline personality. I can not recommend her highly enough!

We were so lucky to have found Joanne. It was clear when we first met that she was a cat person who understands to give them their space, how to play with them, and treat them respectfully. We had no concerns at all during our trip, as each of her visits were filled with narratives about what each cat was up to, how stressed they seemed, and how she was getting to know each of them. You could tell by her updates that she enjoyed spending time with our cats, and that she was happy to be with them - from getting the shy one to come play and tiring out our crazy kitten. When we got home, you could tell all 3 of our cats were doing just fine and showed no signs of separation anxiety induced stress (which we've seen in the past). She was also kind enough to turn on the cats' heating pad, bring in the mail, turn on our lights for our houseplants, and take out the trash with her, every single day! We could just enjoy our vacation without any concern how our cats and house were doing, since everything was in good hands. If you want someone who truly speaks "cat" and will keep your cats (and you!) happy during your time away, we cannot recommend Joanne enough!.

Joanne very clearly loves all cats! she took very detailed notes during the meet and greet and made sure to check on all the cats, even the shy ones. she sent detailed updates during her visit and described all the cat related activities as well as followed special instructions pertaining to each cat’s individual quirks. This was my first time using a cat sitter after years of being too nervous to trust anyone with my precious fur balls, but Joanne has made me a convert!

I highly recommend Joanne. Our cat can be difficult at times but she was able to take care of him very well. Our cat needs medicated and Joanne was able to tend to his special needs. It's not easy to find someone willing to give a cat insulin shots. Joanne knows exactly how to do that. Joanne provides excellent feedback on each session with the cat, and provides plenty of photos. Great cat sitter! Joanne came into our home when she was scheduled at around 5-5:30 pm to give our kitties their dinner. She notified me that she was there and went straight to her work! She also took an adorable picture of our youngest, George, in his sleep saucer!
