Ruby did a wonderful job watching our two cats. I appreciate all the photos and updates and can tell she kept them happy with their favorite activities (brushing and chasing the feather toy). She also cleaned up their messes - the house looked just as clean as I had left it before I left. She even left behind a very sweet handwritten note. I would definitely book with Ruby again.

Patient and kind in accommodating the quirkiness of my cats, followed my care instructions to a T, and handled everything just as I would. Timely, reliable, and clearly adored by the kitties. Fanatastic experience and we could not be happier with Ruby and the exceptional care she gave to our two cats. One of our cats is getting elderly and now requires twice daily shots and the other is a rambunctious 10 month old. Ruby gave them both exceptional care and affection. Ruby has excellent communication and we were able to work out a stuck door and slightly shifted schedule without issue. I would 100% recommend Ruby to anyone needing a cat care taker!

Ruby is an excellent cat sitter! She took fantastic care of my kitty!!! I was amazed when I saw a picture of my fairly new rescue kitty sitting on her lap!!! Okay so I was a bit jealous at first, as she hasn't even done that with me yet!!! However it made our time away more relaxing as she was comfortable with Ruby!!! If you need a cat sitter, and Ruby is available- get Ruby!!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
