Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have two elderly cats. Macaulay is 19 with CKD and requires nightly subQ fluids. Yukon is 15 and has IBD. We had quite a time finding a food and medication regiment to maintain his weight and treat his chronic diarrhea. But the effort has paid off!

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I prefer to have an advance meet and greet or an extended initial visit to talk through their cat(s) needs and preferences. I always bring a notebook to take notes and I require the parent to provide their regular vet info as well as nearest/preferred emergency vet. I also ask what kind of communication they prefer in terms of visit updates: detailed (enough to share with their vet regarding poops, food intake, activity, etc) or laid back. I'm very thorough with my questions so they can feel secure and also relaxed when they return.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes! While I travel a couple times a year, I avoid traveling during school breaks and holidays, including Christmas/New Year's time.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
