Josh took great care of our cats while we were away! We are repeat customers. We received several photos and videos of our cats during each visit, updates on if their eating habits, and confirmations of cleaned litter boxes. We really enjoyed how responsive and communicative he was (confirming timing for each day and reminders as the appointment approached). He made us feel calm knowing that our kitties were in good care while we were away.

Josh is great! He asked a lot of questions during thr meet and greet. And took care of my boys as instructed. They basically liked him right away. He sent great videos and photos of the cats. Including important ones like confirming they have eaten and that litter boxes were cleaned. 10/10!

Josh is a great catsitter! We went on vacation for 9 days and decided to hire a professional cat sitter since our cat Licorice is on a hypoallergenic diet and needed half a steroid pill each day for his IBS symptoms. Josh went out of his way to wrap each pill in hypoallergenic wet food as opposed to a pill pocket which can sometimes worsen IBS symptoms. He also sent us regular updates about his visiting schedule as well as daily photos and videos of Licorice. As a first time cat parent, it was so great to get all these updates and see that Licorice was doing well while being on vacation. Josh even reached out when he realized he would not have enough medicine to cover the last couple of visits (Licorice had just reached the end of his prescribed steroid treatment). I highly recommend him!

I recently adopted a 12 yr old cat named Georgia. I lost two cats to disease recently so I was very nervous about leaving Georgia alone. Josh put all my concerns at ease. He sent videos of Georgia every visit and made her so comfortable and safe. He also solved logistical problems ie the Air Conditioner temp for Georgia. I would recommend Josh to anyone. Josh was a fantastic cat-sitter and went way, way above and beyond to make sure Tito was taken care of during my trip, especially when an unexpected heatwave hit--he was extraordinarily professional, communicative, and made multiple check-ins to make sure Tito was well, going as far as providing additional fans of his own to keep Tito safe and well.
