In a 20-minute appointment I can make sure your cat has fresh food and water and a tidy litter box. Ear scritches available at no extra cost!
I recommend booking 45 or 60 minutes per day if you have multiple cats or if your cat needs medication or additional socializing. This ensures that we have a calm, relaxing visit where your feline companion's needs are met! Your peace of mind is my priority.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I enjoy meeting all of the cats and learning about their personalities. I have a different relationship to each one and they are all so special to me.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have two cats. Their names are Millie and Maggie. I end up calling them both "Miggie." Millie was born in 2016 and she is a beautiful black cat. I am the only person she likes. Maggie was born in 2024 and she is a tuxedo with unusual markings. She is so friendly and loves everyone.
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I will always do a headcount and make sure no cats escape. I give cats space as needed and follow directions for any medications they may need. I have an American Red Cross certification in pet first aid and CPR.
Are you usually available during holidays?
I am frequently available on and around holidays. I almost never travel and I am around on holidays like Thanksgiving or Christmas.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
When a cat is anxious, they need space. I will hover around in the background and eventually they come around after seeing that I am just going to feed them and treat them kindly. I will take soft steps and speak in a soft voice, and do my best to make my body appear small by crouching down when possible. If the cat seems interested in me, I may give them a Churu (with permission!), but the important thing is to let the cat make the first move.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Seattle cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $29.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
