"# ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars from Us—and Probably Ten from Our Cats! 😸 T is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly caring, responsible, and detail-oriented. She doesn’t just take care of our cats—she pays attention to every little detail about them and genuinely understands their personalities. She seems to know every movement, expression, and little “language” of our cats. She notices things that even we sometimes don’t! She takes such amazing care of them that my only concern is that they might start comparing her to us—and we may not come out looking very good! 😊 She is also extremely reliable and communicative. She always keeps us posted about when she is arriving and leaving, and regularly sends us photos and videos of the cats. It makes such a difference when you’re away to actually see that your cats are happy, comfortable, and being well cared for. What I especially appreciate about T is that she goes beyond simply feeding and looking after the cats. She is very knowledgeable and always gives us helpful suggestions about their nutrition, behavior, and overall well-being. Knowing that T is taking care of our cats gives us complete peace of mind when we are away. She treats them with so much love and attention that you truly feel they are in the best possible hands. "This was our second time having Jennifer take care of our two little cats, Connor and Amé, and we couldn’t be happier! We were lucky enough to spend we weekend hiking the Cactus to Clouds trail, an adventure we had been planning for months, and it meant everything to know our kitties were in such wonderful hands! Jennifer sent the most thoughtful, detailed updates along with the cutest pictures, which always brought a smile to our faces! She also worked with me to keep their mealtimes as close to their usual schedule as possible, which I really appreciated. One of the things that stood out to us most was how calm and content our cats were when we returned home. They’re usually a little stressed after we’ve been away, but this time was noticeably different! It was such a wonderful feeling to see them so relaxed and happy. They clearly had a great time Jennifer! Being able to fully enjoy a big adventure we had been planning for months, knowing our cats were well-fed, getting plenty of playtime, and receiving so much love and attention, was truly priceless. "I finally got a chance to write this long overdue review. I had Luanne take care of my babies while I was away while taking care of an urgent medical condition of a family member. I was very stressed and overwhelmed because I’ve never left my babies alone and this is the first time doing that. Luanne and I had a meet and greet and I immediately knew that she was going to win my babies hearts. you tell from the first time meeting Luanne how kind and warm she is, her attention to details and asking questions and keeping notes made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing that she is committed to provide the smoothest takeover. she kept me updated all the time sending videos and pictures of my babies. I was over the moon when she told me that all of my babies immediately warmed up to her and felt comfortable enough to meet her!!! even my senior baby who can be very cautious when it comes to strangers, but not with Luanne! she went to her and even had treats 🥹 I’m so so grateful that I have found Luanne through Meowtel. if you ever need a reliable, sweet kind person, Luanne is the one!!
