All went better than expected. Lil girl actually snuggled with her, and she's not much if a snuggler with others being a rescue with trust issues. Rescued at 4 yrs, she's now 9+, but is still picky with who. Andrea was selected!"

"Marlena has without a doubt given me back my life! I have been afraid to leave my boys, Sunny and Stormie, since their adoption nearly two years ago. I was worried no one would understand my two little guys and their opposite personalities. Stormie is fearful of anyone other than me and hides all the time, whereas his little brother is playful and never meets a stranger. Marlena took the time to play with Sunny and then quietly seek out Stormie just to let him know he wasn’t alone without being forceful or encroaching on his safe space. After a couple of days, Stormie felt so confident and safe, he came out of his hiding place during her visits! I had tears of joy! The daily photos and videos gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed to relax and enjoy my vacation. I am beyond grateful for Marlena and her ability to adapt to the different needs of my fur babies! Thank you so much!!"

"I have never my babies alone for an extended period. I was a bit worried since I was going to be out of the country for 5-6 days. Kate immediately made me feel comfortable from the start. I met her the day before I left and gave her a run down for each cat. My cats can be very shy so I made sure to mention they might not come out at all. Kate updated me daily with pictures and videos which helped me so much. I was speechless when she sent a video with each of my fur babies out which doesn’t even happen with regular guests! She is magical apparently. Lol. I loved that my babies did not miss out on their daily wet food and had clean water. It definitely helped me enjoy my time away even more. I’ll 100% be a repeat customer."

I understood her hesitancy to come given we didn’t do a meet & greet. She went ABOVE & BEYOND and managed with photos and directions provided haven never seen my home before or the babies. "Pauline is the best cat sitter I have had hands down. I went on a week long cruise with my family, and hired Pauline to take care of my cats. Between all of the pet sitters we hired across our various households we all agreed that Pauline was the best. She was extremely communicable. Everyday when she arrived I received a message that she was there, pictures of the litter boxes, and empty food bowls (as proof of life photos since kitties can be skittish and may not come out of hiding when a sitter visits). This was great so I could continue to monitor their food intake and outtake. She would then update with pictures of the clean boxes, and refilled food, as well as videos and pictures of the cats if they came out of hiding. She kept me updated on their water fountain, ensuring it stayed on and clean. And finally updated when she left. This gave me such great peace of mind that my cats were okay while I was gone! I knew that my kitties were well taken care of and loved having such detailed updates! She really took her time with my kitties, and let them move at their own pace. Booking a pet sitter online can feel like such a vulnerable thing. You are not just entrusting the care of your beloved cats, but also with access to your personal space. Pauline made this as comfortable as possible. I never once had to worry that she forgot or that she wasn't giving my cats the attention they needed. Our male cat was too shy for pets which we had anticipated. Sara also took care of our 2 outdoor feral cats who rely on us for food and water. She paid really close attention to all of my instructions (and even remembered to unlock the back gate on the day the mowers were coming) and gave us thorough updates every day along with pictures. Stress can have significantly harmful effects on cats, and to complicate things, Yuki had just developed chin acne that required treatment. Under Heather’s diligent daily care, though, Yuki did exceptionally well. We received daily updates and lots of photos that made us smile, giving us peace of mind that our little family member was in good hands. Her acne even cleared up while we were away. Heather is outstanding; quick, responsive, and attentive. She kept Yuki well-fed and happy, which meant we could actually relax during our trip.
