She had just finished laser treatments and has just started a special diet. Then there was our younger cat Eyerene, who is 13 years old, healthy but chubby. Ana was absolutely wonderful from the first meeting to the last day. She kept us constantly updated with texts, photos and videos. Barb arranged our “meet and greet” which went as expected (Rusty is shy) but I was pleased that his behavior didn’t faze her. Barb took great care of Rusty - he was a rescue a year ago so I wasn’t sure how the visits would go. Barb gave me daily reports and photos and it was great to hear he approached her and got some cuddles while we were gone.
