Which really helped make us feel more confident. Each visit our cats, who are usually shy, meet Helena at the door. Helena spent time playing with the cats before feeding them, and after each visit sent a great report with lots of photos and videos. It was so good seeing the cats all happy and clearly enjoying Helena‘s company our home was left very tidy with any cat litter cleaned up and changed as well as the kitten, food bowls and area around them being very clean, Helena totally put our mind at ease that the cats were being well looked after and we would definitely like to have Helena look after the cats again."

She was also extremely thoughtful in managing the different dietary needs of both of our cats, ensuring everything was done correctly and consistently. Our other cat can be a bit more particular with new people, but Denise was incredibly patient, intuitive, and respectful of his personality—something we truly appreciated. It’s clear she has a natural ability to read and connect with animals. Throughout the stay, Denise provided excellent communication and updates, which gave us a lot of reassurance. We also came home to a spotless house and two very happy, well-cared-for cats. We trust Denise completely in our home and with our pets, and we will absolutely continue working with her. "Denise was absolutely exceptional as our cat sitter. We’ve worked with her previously for drop-in visits, but this was our first time having her stay overnight, and it made a tremendous difference in our peace of mind while we were away. One of our cats, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires a very specific care routine, including subcutaneous fluids, medication, and a specialized diet.
