"What I appreciated most about Nicole's performance was her willingness to continue to try. Each day, she followed instructions for a smooth transition while we were away. She was responsive and detailed oriented which made the process seamless! When Lilly was shy or anxious she made attempts to sooth her but, also kept in mind that Lilly gets overstimulated easy. Instead, Nicole took time to just be present with Lilly. Nicole was aware of our pets needs and understood our pet's body language. I would recommend Nicole to care for Lilly again. Some days Lilly may have felt stressed but Nicole kept a good routine which helped us as well! I appreciate how friendly and supportive she was, considering how important it is to genuinely care for animals. Thanks for your assistance Nicole! 🐈❤️🩹😊"

"This was the first time we booked Kat's service for our 3 kitties while we were away for 5 days. Kat was very reliable, courteous, and updated us and our backup friends (as we worried that we would not have good internet service) after every visit. Our three cats are shy with strangers but Kat tried to capture their photos to send to us. After we moved into this neighborhood, we lost our previous cat sitting service as they do not cover this area. We have used another platform to find sitters but were very disappointed. But with Kat, we are very happy and we will definitely book Kat's service in the future."

I knew Sandrine was the right choice during the initial home visit; Blossom usually hides from strangers, but she stayed out the entire time. Sandrine visited 6 times over a long weekend, providing wonderful photo updates after every visit. Blossom isn't always the friendliest, but she clearly loved Sandrine—she even purred while being pet! I can’t recommend Sandrine enough for her patience and reliability. I have 3 cats, one of whom is very senior, has health issues, and ended up needing a lot more care than she or I expected. She TRULY cares and did everything exactly right. I can’t wait til she comes again, and neither can my precious cats! (except they’d rather have me than have me gone) She is highly trustworthy, and I rate her AT LEAST a 15/10! By the second day, my kitty was already coming out to see Kat, accepting pets, and even purring—a true testament to Kat’s patience and gentle nature. She took excellent care of everything: food, water, litter, supplements, mail, and packages. When my anxious kitty got sick and vomited on my bed and even into a heater grate, Kat cleaned it all up without hesitation. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely loves cats. She spent time loving on my kitty and even told me her heart melted when she heard her purr. She also gave me peace of mind by agreeing to contact my out-of-state brother if I didn’t check in after my trip. Kat went far above and beyond.
