She also offered to brush her, which our cat absolutely adores and helped her feel pampered and at ease. We returned home to a happy, calm, and well-cared-for cat. We received regular updates and photos that put our minds at ease, and it was clear from the pictures that our cat was enjoying her time with Andrea. We are so grateful for her care and dedication. "Amazing as usual! We had an emergency and had to ask Luanne to come with just a few hours of notice and she not only came but was also incredibly flexible as far as timings. She was able to add another night to the booking as well as even stay an entire day with our kitty! Well beyond what she had to do! Also, our car was feeling a bit anxious and hiding but she always came out and played with Luanne. She is incredible at making her feel better."
