"Deanna was amazing from the moment I requested a reservation through the end of our vacation. She was happy to do in-home visits to meet our cats and learn about all the medications our elderly cat requires, including twice-daily insulin injections; she returned multiple times to allow them to warm up to her and verify that they would respond to her with us out of the house. While we were away from home, Deanna sent updates during every visit including photos and videos of each cat. She made sure to spend some time with each of them during every visit. I wholeheartedly recommend Deanna. We will absolutely be using her services again."

Julie is so patient and understanding cleaning up the mess they leave in their wake when I’m not home, and then she encourages playtime with them while she visits. One of them is stranger shy, so Julie was sure to set food aside for him in a location where he felt safe. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my kits are being looked after by someone so thoughtful."

"Joanna is a true professional and we cannot recommend her enough! She took excellent care of our very shy cat making it possible for us to feel at ease traveling to visit my family. Joanna’s love for cats and her compassion for our cat made all the difference. We appreciated Joanna’s respect for our cat’s strict feeding schedule and our cat warmed up almost immediately to Joanna and engaged her! This has never been the case before with other pet sitters. Joanna even read to her when she was stressed from the weather or didn’t want to play. How creative! Joanna supplied us with plenty of photos, videos, and descriptive texts on each visit. These made all the difference as we didn’t feel quite so far away/disconnected from our cat. We were very excited to return home to see our cat, but the look on her face when we walked in said, “Oh, it’s the B team😆! You will love having Joanna as your pet sitter as we did and we can only hope she will be available next time we need her as everyone will want her to care for their cats."

"She went out of her way to ask thoughtful questions, was avalible on short notice, and sent daily text and video updates! She was also able to accommodate special requests like trying to come roughly the same time everyday even though we booked her for anytime since we didn’t care what time of day she came as long as she was consistent, which she was! We had a family friend watch our cats for the second half of the trip so I can’t speak on how things were left, but the family friend did not report any issues when they cared for the cats after the sitter so I assume everything was left nicely. I would consider using this sitter again next time we need to hire someone to watch our kitties!"
