"Karie took care of my 3 cats while I was overseas for two weeks. None of them are super outgoing, but she was able to win them over - one even let her give him pets! She sent me pictures and updates each visit and I was able to relax knowing they were in great hands. Karie also went above and beyond. A few days before my trip ended, the ring camera showed a raccoon coming in to the house through our cat door! I pinged Karie on the app and she came to the house at 1 am!!! to secure the cats inside and close off the cat door (luckily the raccoon left by then!). She also agreed to add extra trips so we could leave the cat door open during the day, but closed off at night to prevent unwanted visitors. I was halfway across the world freaking out but Katie worked with me to reduce my stress and make sure the cats were ok. I am beyond grateful for her dedication, reliability, and care. I cannot recommend her enough."
