"Kara went above and beyond for our kitties and home! Not only did she monitor the water fountain, she made sure the litter robot was connected to WiFi each time. Kara also paid individual attention to our cats' play styles. Our senior kitty LOVES chasing toys and cat TV, so we got pictures and videos of her doing those things. Our younger girl just wants snuggles. I'm overjoyed to find a sitter with safety in mind and that our cats enjoy! We will be returning clients!"

My boy is diabetic and needs insulin shots every 12 hours; she was able to give his medication at the right times successfully. My boy also took an immediate liking to her. When I got home, everything was clean and well taken care of for my boy and girl. I was so stressed out about using pet sitter services; I had heard a lot of mixed experiences from other websites and was unsure of what to expect. I contemplated boarding my boy or hiring a pet sitting company; luckily, I stumbled upon Meowtel and decided to take a chance. "I was nervous about leaving my cat with a ‘stranger’ but after our meet & greet I knew my shy, sometimes cranky, senior cat was in good hands. Erika approached her with gentle patience and my cat actually came to her (rare)! By the end of the booking my kitty was confident enough to not hide while Erika was in the house (also a first), purely because Erika took the time and care to make my cat feel comfortable with her, leaving some of her things at our house so my cat could get to know her scent, waiting patiently with treats, etc. Of course the feeding etc was managed exatingly and the litter box was spotless. Daily communication put us at ease, with above and beyond stealth camera work to send pics of my hiding kitty! We will for sure have Erika catsit again!"

"Aimen is more than a cat sitter. He is a care giver for what is among the most dear to us, our pet family. Our pets are our family. Just like people, our pets have different needs and personalities. Aimen answered and shared updates with my daughter, my spouse, and myself. Unbeknownst to myself, my daughter and spouse were each reaching out to Aimen on top of the many messages I sent and Aimen was beyond responsive and helpful. We have 4 indoor rescue cats - 1 of which was recently an outdoor community cat that was injured resulting in a leg amputation. Aimen was helpful on ensuring Sox had each set of stairs adjusted daily for optimum mobility. We also care for 2 outdoor community cats that Aimen took care of while we were on vacation. In addition, Aimen took care of my daughter's pet lizzard. Not only did Aimen take care of our pet family, he also took care of our home. He brought in a car cover that blew off a vehicle, brought in multiple delivery packages, took out our trash and recycle receptacles. He helped my family be at ease while we were on vacation."
