I especially appreciated her excellent communication—she sent frequent updates, photos, and messages that gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the pictures and my cat’s behavior when I returned that she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. "Sara was outstanding. I have booked her numerous times for my cats. With this visit, she let me know the smoke alarms(all 5!) were chirping due to drained battery power. Sara recognized immediately this was distressing to the cats and she disarmed the alarms to stop the painful sounds. I am grateful for her cat sitting skills. She even carries a kitty first aid kit for all visits!"

Trinity quickly put me at ease with her loving and attentive care. She visited twice daily, spent extra time with them, and stayed overnight whenever possible. Her communication was outstanding—sending photos, videos, and detailed notes with each visit —and she went above and beyond by handling additional tasks such as bringing in mail, watering plants, and keeping everything tidy. She was fantastic at managing challenging situations and kept in constant contact when one of my cats wasn’t eating properly and getting additional cat food when the delivery was delayed. Five out of five stars without a doubt! Trinity is now my go-to pet sitter, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly."

She was not only super nice and personable, but she texted me everyday with an update and picture! I found that so comforting being 4 hours away and seeing that my cats were happy and being loved on. I returned home to find she took great care in keeping the litter box clean and their food and water bowls filled. She also let me know when she found throw up on one of the days she came to the apartment so I would be aware of the situation. I would recommend Emily to anyone needing a pet sitter for their cats and definitely intend to use her services again in the future!!"
