Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I had a childhood cat named Romeo since I was 12! He was a long haired, flat face Persian so I completely understand maintenance. He has sadly passed away when I was 23, but he was one spoiled boy! I have a 2 year old boy now named Rauru, he is a domestic medium hair cat. He is super energetic and loves other cats!

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I am very big on directions so I ensure I ask all kinds of questions to cat parents. Do they have a set amount they eat? Do I need to make sure they are not going into a certain area? Is there comands that said cat responds to or I must follow each time I feed/play? I want to make sure parents feel safe and comfortable to allow me the pleasure to care for their baby

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

When I first adopted Rauru, he was very scared and shy. He was found in an antique shop at 3 months! I usually have the all time favorite churu and I allow said kitty to come to me. I show interest while holding a hand out to possibly sniff, but I ensure I don’t push the boundary. Sometimes just spending quality time with them helps them to realize I am there to be a friend.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
