"Helena was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure our kitties were happy, safe, and loved while we were away. She even got our super scared kitty to come out of hiding on the first try! Amazing! He usually hides the entire time new people are in the house. When one of the kitty toys broke, she bought them a new one! She also brought over extra toys so the kitties would have variety during play time. And, when I saw on our kitty camera that a small piece of jewelry had fallen on the floor near the cats' food, she made an extra stop to remove this choking hazard. This last point was really, really above and beyond. We will definitely hire Helena again and again."

"I’m so thankful I found Elizabeth to watch my two gals! First and foremost, she was quick to book my relatively last minute request. She took notes and asked questions at our meet and greet. Her updates included all status updates on things like the litterbox, auto feeder updates, water fountain, wet food, etc. As well as lots of sweet video updates of how their visits were. I could tell how happy my cats were, not only by seeing them in her video updates but, listening to how she respected both of my cats’ different boundaries (one’s a bit sassier and one’s a bit more skittish) made me feel so at ease as a helicopter pet parent. I was out of the country for a week and never had to worry about them. On top of that, she watered my many patio plants, was super communicative on where mail/packages/etc ended up, and took trash/recycle out! Last, but not least, she left a very kind “Thank You” note where I could tell that my cats were taken very well care of with how she spoke of each of them. I hope I never have to find a different cat sitter! Thank you, Elizabeth!!"

"This was our first time leaving our elderly cat, Malibu, in the hands of someone we didn’t know. And, it was for an entire week. We were very nervous… However, Sarah made it SO much easier for us to do. From the early conversations on the app - her responsiveness and willingness to fit Malibu’s time needs into her schedule; to the meet & greet - she was on time and took notes from the second she got to our front door; to her twice daily visits - beautiful photographs of Malibu, specific reports of food consumption, bathroom usage, playtime and petting time… We could tell that Malibu was in good hands and that they took to each other very well. She and Malibu got into a perfect routine. On our second day away, Sarah found Malibu outside our bedroom just staring at the door (it was so sad to see)… when she sent us a picture of this, we immediately requested a FaceTime so we could talk to Malibu and Sarah was very accommodating, which made us feel so much better (and seemingly made Malibu feel better as well). There was one situation that arose with regard to the lock on our front door. Sarah contacted us immediately by phone, and, when she wasn’t able to reach us by phone, she texted us. Because of her diligence, we were able to take care of it immediately. When there were any changes in energy level, bathroom use, or eating habits, Sarah showed genuine concern and mentioned them to us so we had an opportunity to make any changes that might be necessary. While this was our first time leaving Malibu in Sarah‘s care, it will not be our last."

"Jannet went above and beyond to care for our cat. Our cat requires medication and Jannet was not only confident about administering the doses, she also sent updates about how the meds had been mixed into our cat’s food- and how much she had eaten. Our cat is also quite skittish and needs a lot of patience. Jannet was very kind and took time to get to know her, and she even sent photos to document their time together. I’ve never used Meowtel before and it was a first for me to hand over my key to a stranger, but the experience was wonderful! I would recommend Jannet to anyone looking for a cat sitter who truly cares about her role and the impact she has on cats and kittens. "Jannet went above and beyond to care for our cat. Our cat requires medication and Jannet was not only confident about administering the doses, she also sent updates about how the meds had been mixed into our cat’s food- and how much she had eaten. Our cat is also quite skittish and needs a lot of patience. Jannet was very kind and took time to get to know her, and she even sent photos to document their time together. I’ve never used Meowtel before and it was a first for me to hand over my key to a stranger, but the experience was wonderful! I would recommend Jannet to anyone looking for a cat sitter who truly cares about her role and the impact she has on cats and kittens. "Starla did a wonderful job looking after our two cats while we were away on a 10-day trip. From the first meet-and-greet it was obvious her priority was making sure our cats were truly happy and well cared for (as opposed to just doing basic pet chores and leaving). By the end of the trip she had coaxed our super shy boy cat out of his permanent hiding spot multiple times and had earned his trust and headbutts! She made sure both our cats got lots of playtime and sent great photos and videos. All in all we highly recommend Starla and look forward to having her watch our cats again in the future!"

"Denise was absolutely exceptional as our cat sitter. We’ve worked with her previously for drop-in visits, but this was our first time having her stay overnight, and it made a tremendous difference in our peace of mind while we were away. One of our cats, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires a very specific care routine, including subcutaneous fluids, medication, and a specialized diet. Denise handled all of this with confidence and expertise, clearly drawing from her veterinary/med tech background. She was also extremely thoughtful in managing the different dietary needs of both of our cats, ensuring everything was done correctly and consistently. Our other cat can be a bit more particular with new people, but Denise was incredibly patient, intuitive, and respectful of his personality—something we truly appreciated. It’s clear she has a natural ability to read and connect with animals. Throughout the stay, Denise provided excellent communication and updates, which gave us a lot of reassurance. We also came home to a spotless house and two very happy, well-cared-for cats. We trust Denise completely in our home and with our pets, and we will absolutely continue working with her.
