I’ve never used Meowtel before and it was a first for me to hand over my key to a stranger, but the experience was wonderful! I would recommend Jannet to anyone looking for a cat sitter who truly cares about her role and the impact she has on cats and kittens. "This was our first time leaving our elderly cat, Malibu, in the hands of someone we didn’t know. And, it was for an entire week. We were very nervous… However, Sarah made it SO much easier for us to do. From the early conversations on the app - her responsiveness and willingness to fit Malibu’s time needs into her schedule; to the meet & greet - she was on time and took notes from the second she got to our front door; to her twice daily visits - beautiful photographs of Malibu, specific reports of food consumption, bathroom usage, playtime and petting time… We could tell that Malibu was in good hands and that they took to each other very well. She and Malibu got into a perfect routine. On our second day away, Sarah found Malibu outside our bedroom just staring at the door (it was so sad to see)… when she sent us a picture of this, we immediately requested a FaceTime so we could talk to Malibu and Sarah was very accommodating, which made us feel so much better (and seemingly made Malibu feel better as well). There was one situation that arose with regard to the lock on our front door. Sarah contacted us immediately by phone, and, when she wasn’t able to reach us by phone, she texted us. Because of her diligence, we were able to take care of it immediately. When there were any changes in energy level, bathroom use, or eating habits, Sarah showed genuine concern and mentioned them to us so we had an opportunity to make any changes that might be necessary. While this was our first time leaving Malibu in Sarah‘s care, it will not be our last."

"We needed to find someone to take care of our 2 boys for 3 weeks while we were on our honeymoon. We were nervous because Helena was new and it was the longest we’ve ever left them. After day 3, I stopped worrying, knew that it was a great fit, and could relax! Helena is kind, patient and professional. she provided great updates and our kitties warmed up to her immediately. Even our floof, who is normally nervous around people, would greet her at the door and purr. She went above and beyond when there was a crazy rainstorm and water leaked through our doors/windows, providing her own towels and drying our own linens that got wet. Usually our (spoiled) cats are visibly upset with us when we return after leaving them for more than a week but this time when we returned they were happy and resumed their normal routine. I’m so happy we found Helena (and so are our cats) and will definitely book again for future trips!!"

We’ve worked with her previously for drop-in visits, but this was our first time having her stay overnight, and it made a tremendous difference in our peace of mind while we were away. One of our cats, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires a very specific care routine, including subcutaneous fluids, medication, and a specialized diet. Denise handled all of this with confidence and expertise, clearly drawing from her veterinary/med tech background. She was also extremely thoughtful in managing the different dietary needs of both of our cats, ensuring everything was done correctly and consistently. Our other cat can be a bit more particular with new people, but Denise was incredibly patient, intuitive, and respectful of his personality—something we truly appreciated. "We have booked Amy to take care of our cats multiple times now and we are so grateful to have her in our lives. This trip was a bit different as one of my cats wasn't eating great the day I left. I organized him to go to the vet and then when he was done Amy picked him up from the vet for us and brought him home. She also brought over all kinds of other food options to give him to try to eat. She documented everything thoroughly with pictures and videos so we could get a handle on what was going on with him. The information that she provided was critical in our decision to cut our trip short and get home to our cat.
