"This was our first time having Martha watch our kitties and it went amazingly! My skittish former street cats warmed up to her quickly and they settled into a nice routine with her here (I can tell because the are begging me for treats at the time she usually stopped by). It definitely helped me relax on vacation to know they were in expert hands. Looking forward to having her back!"

Amy The Cat Lady In Manhattan Beach
"We have booked Amy to take care of our cats multiple times now and we are so grateful to have her in our lives. This trip was a bit different as one of my cats wasn't eating great the day I left. I organized him to go to the vet and then when he was done Amy picked him up from the vet for us and brought him home. She also brought over all kinds of other food options to give him to try to eat. She documented everything thoroughly with pictures and videos so we could get a handle on what was going on with him. The information that she provided was critical in our decision to cut our trip short and get home to our cat. We are so grateful for the extra time that she spent with him and all the supplies she brought over and the info that she provided. She is a true cat lover and just an amazing human being."

Trish's Los Angeles Cat Care
"I’m so grateful to Meowtel and connecting me with recommended, Trish! Both the booking process and the service experience was great, very helpful and anxiety reducing. Being able to connect with a fellow cat owner/lover who understands the needs of our furry babies means everything to me. I was going on my longest vacation yet, so I was seeking companionship for my kitty— not just just food and water. Trish not only delivered as scheduled, but she also sent pics and vids as requested. My home was left in good order and my kitty was well cared for. Trish is very responsive, and willing to be flexible, and supportive. For example, when my flight was canceled she was willing to go an extra day if needed. Very helpful. Thank you very much, Trish!"

"🌸 Handled an Emergency with Love and Grace Debby is an absolute gem! On her last day visiting my cat, Baboo, she handled a carbon monoxide alarm going off with such calm and care. Baboo was scared and hiding, but Debby kept me updated every step of the way and even offered to take him home to keep him safe. Thankfully, it was a false alarm — but knowing she was there, steady and compassionate, meant the world. She’s loving, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond. Baboo and I are so grateful for her! 💕"

Voila' Cat Sitting By Helena
"Helena was fantastic. This is the first time we left our cats with anyone we hadn’t known before and we were very nervous. At the meet and greet Helena put us at ease taking lots of notes on what Mila and Niko enjoy, how we usually feed them and what times, even what are their favorite toys and how do they like to play. Which really helped make us feel more confident. Each visit our cats, who are usually shy, meet Helena at the door. Helena spent time playing with the cats before feeding them, and after each visit sent a great report with lots of photos and videos. It was so good seeing the cats all happy and clearly enjoying Helena‘s company our home was left very tidy with any cat litter cleaned up and changed as well as the kitten, food bowls and area around them being very clean, Helena totally put our mind at ease that the cats were being well looked after and we would definitely like to have Helena look after the cats again."

"We were so happy to meet Catherine, at the meet and greet we knew she was going to be a very friendly, kind, responsible person. With her experience as a vet tech she had no problem giving one of our cats her daily medication. We were having a new roof put on while Catherine was there and asked her to do a few unrelated tasks, which she did, all with a positive attitude. Overall, Catherine has great communication, is friendly, competent and caring, A+ for sure. Charlotte"

"Somaly is absolutely the best!!! She took such great care of my babies. My little one is very shy and usually takes a few days to get used to new people but she was out and cuddling with Somaly almost from day one 💚. She kept in communication and sent me daily pictures of my kitties. It was so wonderful knowing that they were so well cared for while I was so far away. I would highly highly recommend Somaly and will absolutely book her again in the future!!"

"Yiyu is pure magic. I knew from the first meet-and-greet that I’d chosen the right person for my fur baby, Skarlet. She showed up fully prepared, followed through on everything, and kept me completely at ease with thoughtful, consistent updates. The photos + messages were next level—so sweet, so detailed, and honestly just made my day every time they came through. And my usually shy, standoffish little girl was completely charmed—purring, weaving through Yiyus’ legs, acting like they’d known each other forever. That kind of instant trust with a my little scaredy cat says everything. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Yiyu without hesitation."

"Jannet went above and beyond to care for our cat. Our cat requires medication and Jannet was not only confident about administering the doses, she also sent updates about how the meds had been mixed into our cat’s food- and how much she had eaten. Our cat is also quite skittish and needs a lot of patience. Jannet was very kind and took time to get to know her, and she even sent photos to document their time together. I’ve never used Meowtel before and it was a first for me to hand over my key to a stranger, but the experience was wonderful! I would recommend Jannet to anyone looking for a cat sitter who truly cares about her role and the impact she has on cats and kittens. I will definitely ask for Jannet’s help the next time I’m out of town- she’s the best!"

Carrie's Cat Care
"We have worked with Carrie a few times but this was our first long reservation with her (10 days). Everything went smoothly, my cats Lola and Laurel both have pre existing health conditions (well under control but can be exacerbated by stress) and Carrie monitored them closely for potential signs and symptoms. One day Laurel started having some unusual litter box issues (it was not clear if she was developing urinary symptoms, which she is prone to, or if she was constipated) and Carrie immediately brought those issues to our attention. We were able to troubleshoot together, thankfully it was nothing serious and Carrie was able to pay our cats an additional visit that same day to give them extra attention and to make sure Laurel was feeling better. We were hugely reassured and very grateful for her attentiveness and availability. In addition, I was positively surprised by how easy it was to book an additional visit for the same day on the fly on the Meowtel portal, I had never needed to do that before. We were thrilled to be able to work with Carrie again, the peace of mind she was able to give us while we were on vacation was unparalleled and we look forward to working with her in the future. Last but certainly not least, Lola and Laurel were head over heels for Carrie, we got lots and lots of adorable purrs and cuddles videos, which made us so happy! Thank you Carrie!"

Purrs Play And Gentle Care By Nini
"Denise was absolutely exceptional as our cat sitter. We’ve worked with her previously for drop-in visits, but this was our first time having her stay overnight, and it made a tremendous difference in our peace of mind while we were away. One of our cats, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires a very specific care routine, including subcutaneous fluids, medication, and a specialized diet. Denise handled all of this with confidence and expertise, clearly drawing from her veterinary/med tech background. She was also extremely thoughtful in managing the different dietary needs of both of our cats, ensuring everything was done correctly and consistently. Our other cat can be a bit more particular with new people, but Denise was incredibly patient, intuitive, and respectful of his personality—something we truly appreciated. It’s clear she has a natural ability to read and connect with animals. Throughout the stay, Denise provided excellent communication and updates, which gave us a lot of reassurance. We also came home to a spotless house and two very happy, well-cared-for cats. We trust Denise completely in our home and with our pets, and we will absolutely continue working with her. We’re so grateful to have found her."
