I love all cats!! Some might say I love cats more than people. I’ve had cats my whole life so I have plenty of experience. I have two wonderful gray tabbies, siblings (brother & sister). They are mostly indoor cats, but they are allowed to go “outside” into the 300 sq. ft. catio I built for them.

After high school, I volunteered at the Humane Society for a little bit. Since then I have done ... I love all cats!! Some might say I love cats more than people. I’ve had cats my whole life so I have plenty of experience. I have two wonderful gray tabbies, siblings (brother & sister). They are mostly indoor cats, but they are allowed to go “outside” into the 300 sq. ft. catio I built for them.

After high school, I volunteered at the Humane Society for a little bit. Since then I have done plenty of cat sitting for friends, etc. and if your cat needs flea meds/oral meds I can do that too.

I’m located in the North Hills/Northridge area. I have a car and I don’t mind driving. Would prefer to work within a 10-mile radius of the North Hills/Northridge area, if possible.
I do have a “normal” job, but my schedule is somewhat flexible and I can definitely make time for your kitties.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have 6 kitties. Ernie and peanuts are brother/sister, 7 year old gray tabbies. Then the other 4 are also siblings, a little over a year old. There’s Greg (solid gray color male), baby sikes (black female kitty with one eye), Donald (orange male) and Spot (black male kitty)

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes I am available during holidays. It’s best to book early for Christmas time because my schedule can fill up fast.

What is your favorite cat toy?

I personally don’t have a favorite cat toy since I’m not a cat. Donald (my orange kitty) LOVES to play fetch with those little shakey/rattle mice.

Monica did a lovely job caring for our cats. She made sure they were well tended with food and water, and that their boxes were cleared out. She went above and beyond when we had an unexpected behavioral issue with one of the cats; she was attentive, communicative, and created a very effective solution to solve the problem. She was also very respectful of our space without being asked which is important to us. Thanks for a great first experience!

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
