A late breaking issue with our kitty required a switch from dry food (automated feeder) to wet (needs a human). Rather than have one of us stay home and miss a family trip, we looked for short term care options. Meowtel came up. I booked one day before our trip. Aki was available. She came by to meet the kitties the next day, took notes on their care routine and while we were performed their care for us. She also sent cute videos documenting everything and to let us know our kitties were feeling good and were in good hands. Thank you Aki!

Aki was absolutely perfect while watching my cat. She was so kind and caring towards my senior cat, during their first meeting and at every visit since. Her videoes and updates were so cute, and really helped me relax while being so far away. She also asked questions about things I didn't even think of, which was so helpful and really helped my cat be so much more comfortable during my absence. I'd happily have her back again!

Aki is a great cat sitter! She watched both my boys for 4 days and they adored her. One of our boys is shy and he still came out to see her during her visits. She is very thorough and sends a lot of pictures listing exactly what she did. She also sends a lot of cat pictures so we can see what they are up to while we are gone. I was very anxious about leaving my cats, but Aki made me feel completely at ease. She sent lots of pictures and videos, which really helped me feel comfortable while I was away. She even showed me before-and-after photos of cleaning their litter boxes and keeping their food and water fresh every day. She’s incredibly detailed and attentive. At one point, one of my furbabies went missing and I was very concerned, but Aki immediately helped me find her, which truly meant so much to me. She genuinely cares. Even though she had a short amount of time with my five furbabies, she still made time to play with them whenever she could. She was also very responsive to any questions I had. Aki is truly an awesome sitter, and I would absolutely love to reserve her again in the future! Aki is amazing and wonderful!

Aki has watched my cats multiple times, and most recently watched them while I was on an international trip. She goes above and beyond and really gets to know my my cats personally and individualizes her care based on their personalities/needs. I have three very chaotic cats who definitely get anxiety when I’m gone(as do I) and Aki really helps alleviate that. When I get home, my apartment is clean and my cats are calm and cared for. I highly recommend her!

Aki was truly outstanding in her care for our kitties while we were gone on a long trip. She really went above and beyond, sending so many photos and videos, helping with plants and mail, buying an ant trap, and genuinely showing love to the cats. Aki did a wonderful job taking care of our fur baby Bianca during our 2-week trip to Japan. During each visit, Aki kept us informed with great photos and videos of Bianca and updates on her eating habits. She also kept Bianca's litter clean, documented her meals, watered our plants, and brought in packages that were left outside. Aki is so good with cats and she is professional and responsible and kind. Aki met with me for preconsukt and took notes and looked at my binder of notes I had. When Aki took care of my cats she took time to play with them and took photos and videos and shared them with me of both cats. She fed my cats and cleaned their litter boxes and followed the routines and sent me photos of all the steps. She is very thorough and kind and good to my cats. Her care is excellent. I felt so happy to know that Aki was taking such great care of my 2 cats and that they were enjoying the play times and getting fed and routines of the evening and morning. Aki is amazing. Aki is AMAZING! I recently moved and am so sad to lose her!! She took such great care of my kitty Bean while I was out of town (super frequently and sometimes last minute). She always sends tons of photos and videos, meticulously follows directions and has been such a pleasure to work with. Aki was very thorough when she came to check on my cat. She provided plenty of photos, videos and descriptions on how she was for the day. I appreciated meeting her beforehand to go over my cat’s temperament and answer any questions she might have had. Since my cat is very skittish of strangers, I made sure to let her know ahead of time to keep that in mind which she did! Even though my cat is “easy” to care of due to her skittish nature, Aki made sure my cat was comfortable and doing ok for the time that we were away. Thank you, Aki!
