Nicole truly went above and beyond caring for my two urinary incontinent cats. Both Sherlock and Reggie have spinal injuries and require manual bladder expression—Sherlock twice daily, and Reggie at least every 8 hours. Nicole showed tremendous patience in learning their specific needs and communicated incredibly well, keeping me updated on every expression so I never had to worry. Beyond the medical care, she was wonderful with them! They took to her immediately, sleeping on her bed every night and clearly enjoying her company. I already have Nicole booked for a two-week trip this summer and couldn’t be more enthusiastic about recommending her.

Nicole is great with the kitties and with communicating with their humans! my litter robot broke down during the reservation and she helped trying to fix it multiple times. She also follows instructions meticulously and provided the best care for my kitties. this was our second reservation and hopefully many more to come in the future ❤️
