Christina was great with our two cats! Less than a week before our vacation one of our cats injured her paw, so she was prescribed medication. I notified Cristina when we found out about the paw injury and she got back to us quickly. Our cat is not compliant with medication (our cat slapped the pill dispenser out of the vet tech's hand when the vet tech tried to give her medicine). We told Cristina to try her best with the medication (it was not a life or death medication). Even though our cat was reluctant Cristina was able to give half the dose with a pill pocket she had. This was impressive considering our cat's refusal to take the medication. While juggling a last minute cat injury, she was able to check in on our other cat and give him very essential cuddles and playtime. Overall, Cristina did a lot of heavy lifting for us taking care of the cats and I would highly recommend her.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
